The blade of hira-zukuri form, hitatsura of nie, tight itame; the ubu-nakago with o-sujikai-yasuri and one mekugi-ana, signed izumi no kami Fujiwara Kunisada; in shirasaya with silver habaki in the form of Fujiyama and clouds; koshirae: the saya of roiro lacquer with kiri-mon and omodaka-mon in takamakie and yamimakie; the fittings of shakudo nanako with kiri-mon and omodaka-mon in gold and shakudo takazogan, the fuchi signed Goto Mitsunobu with kao; with asociated plain shakudo nanako, the kozuka, unsigned. 33cm (13in) long.
