a magnificent piece by Takase Eiju (高瀬栄寿) depicting a peacock that occupies the entire plate. Just gorgeous! Was also happy to see it when it was on display at The Sword Museum (NBTHK) two years ago (last slide). The tsuba is #Juyo and is in a private collection.
