A sentoku tsuba

Of tapering rectangular form with raised rim, pierced with a hare seated beneath the full moon among clouds and engraved with tokusa grasses, signed Tsuki Mitsuhiro with kao, Yasuchika no zu (copied). 8.5cm (3 3/8in).

For the maker, see Robert Haynes, The Index of Sword Fittings and Associated Artists, 2001, no.H05188. He was born in 1795, died in 1841 and was considered to be the fifth master of the Otsuki Family School.
