A shakudo tsuba

Of oval form, bearing a regular nanako ground and inlaid with five running and prancing horses in gold and shakudo takazogan, signed Hisahiro with kao.

In the catalogue of the above collection, the signature was read as Motohiro, although the first kanji is more likely to be read as Hisa or Kyu. The school is uncertain, though the work shows affinities with that of the Ishiguro group.
