A shibuichi kozuka
Attributed to Goto Hokkyo Ichijo (1791-1876), after a design by Hanabusa Itcho, 19th century
Engraved with a girl seated, playing a shamisen, an attendant at her side and a nine-line inscription to the left; the reverse of gold engraved with a poem, signed Goto Hokkyo Ichijo with kao.
