This blade has two NBTHK Tokubetsu Hozon Papers. One NBTHK Tokubetsu Hozon paper said that Hidemitsu, the other is Masamitsu.
This blade has production date“Ouei 2 Nen 12 Gatsu(December 1395)“. The blade was made early Muromachi period. Hidemitsu was active in the Eiwa era of the Nambokucho period. He made this kind of large Kissaki sword.Masamitsu was a student of Kanemistu. He made the swords from Nanbokucho Enbun era to Muromachi Ouei era. There are Hakobore near the Habaki.

From Aoi Art: The blade closely resembles Hizemitsu, Masamitsu, and Kanemistu etc… The signature cannot be clearly identified, it is identified as Hidemitsu and Masamitsu. Because there is no mistake in the inscription. There is no mistake in the inscription Ouei 2nd year. This blade with the appearance of the Nanbokucho period. We highly recommend this sword for you.
