Born in the third year of Anei (1774), Masami became a student of Masatsune Ishiguro, who learned from the Yanagawa school and formed a family, and succeeded the third generation of the Ishiguro school. The Ishiguro school is good at flowers and birds, and its flashy style suits the times, and it was the most prosperous school in the latter half of the Edo period. This large and small metal fitting depicts a male and female long-tailed bird perching on a thick old pine with vines. The long-tailed bird is an imaginary bird and was drawn as a symbol of auspiciousness, unlike the onaga and paradise flycatcher that actually live there. On the shakudo roe ground, the long-tailed bird, pine bamboo and ivy carved in golden painting are carved with nerves in every corner, and it is a chisel that marvels the viewer. It is very valuable that the big and small rims are the same work.
