Sano Naoyoshi (Kao)
佐野直好(花押)
The founder of the Sano family school. He was still working beyond the age 66. Retainer of the Akimoto Daimyo of Tatebayashi in Kozuke Province.
Sano Naoyoshi who was a pupil of Yanagawa Naomasa and Nakamura Naoyoshi, he worked for Akimoto family within the Yamagata clan.
Side note…Ishiguro Masayoshi 石黒政美 (1775-1862)
Early family name Okamoto. Adopted son of Okamoto Yusen. Student of Sano Naoyoshi and the first Ishiguro Masatsune. A retainer of the Shimazu daimyo of Satsuma and worked at their compound in Edo. Succeded Koreyoshi in 1810.
