This amazing Daisho Set of Tsuba has passed the Juyo Tosogu in 2018. The kigo created by Rekko was a poem. This set is valuable as a historic resource. The signature is long and says “(Kinkao) gold inlay Kao. Owned by the retainer Harada Shigesuke in the summer of 1858, the Year of the Horse. Made from Nakaminato iron. Forged by swordsmith, Chika Nori.”
